As we prepare to welcome a new Music Director and fine-tune our season's programming, we've decided to allow a bit more time to perfect the details. Our aim is to ensure that we continue to deliver the exceptional musical experiences you’ve come to expect from us.

Your patience and understanding have been invaluable, especially through the challenges of the pandemic, the renovations at the Tivoli Theatre, and our transition to the Memorial Auditorium. These changes, while significant, pave the way for fresh and exciting possibilities.

We are currently hard at work, reimagining a CSO that not only enriches but truly inspires. The forthcoming chapter for the CSO is filled with promise, and we are thrilled to embark on this journey with you.

Ticket Policies
  • Refunds are not available for single ticket purchases. Exchanges may be available with a fee.
  • Programs, dates, and artists are subject to change.
  • A $4 convenience fee will be added to all online and phone orders.
  • Lost tickets can be reprinted at the concert venue.

On concert days, the CSO Box Office closes at 4 PM, and re-opens 1 hour prior to the concert at the performance venue (1 ½ hours prior to concerts at the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium).
