Advance Purchase Opportunities
Subscribers receive early access to single tickets before they go on sale to the general public. This gives you the opportunity to secure preferred seats for performances outside your subscription package and save 10% on your additional tickets.

Free Ticket Exchanges
Plans change. If you are unable to attend a performance or would simply prefer to attend a different CSO event, subscribers may exchange their tickets for another CSO performance during the same season at no additional fee.
Exchanges are subject to availability and must be completed before the scheduled start time of the original performance. Because account credit is not available, you will need to select the performance you would like to attend when requesting your exchange.
Priority Renewal and Seating
Once you find seats you love, they can be yours season after season. Current subscribers receive an early opportunity to renew and retain their subscription seats before they are made available to new subscribers.
Seats must be renewed by the priority renewal deadline to be retained for the following season.
Ticket Donations
Unable to attend and do not wish to exchange your tickets? Subscribers may donate the value of their tickets back to the CSO.
Ticket donations must be submitted to the CSO Box Office before the scheduled start time of the performance.
