Priority Renewal and Seating 
Not only do CSO subscribers get the best seats at the best prices, but they also get to enjoy their preferred seats for every concert in their subscription series. 

Free Exchanges 
Did something come up? Don’t worry, CSO Subscribers can easily switch their tickets into any other CSO concert. The CSO must be notified of any ticket exchanges before the start time of the performance you are switching out of. Starting with the 26-27 Season, we can no longer offer account credit for ticket exchanges. You must know which concert you would like to switch into when you contact the CSO Box Office (CSO Box Office: 423-267-8583, M-F, 10 AM – 3 PM, box.office@chattanoogasymphony.org) 

In-Kind Ticket Donations 
If you cannot attend a concert and don’t want to exchange your tickets for another CSO performance, CSO subscribers can also donate the value of their tickets back to the orchestra! The CSO must be notified of any ticket exchanges before the start time of the performance you are switching out of. Additional Savings 
CSO subscribers get 10% off additional single-ticket purchases to CSO concerts. You will receive more information about how to use your 10% Subscriber Discount in your confirmation email after purchasing your subscription.

Advance Purchase Opportunities 
Single tickets go on sale to the public on July 15, but CSO Subscribers can secure their seats to any performances outside of their subscription package starting 4/29/26 (plus get 10% off those additional tickets with their Subscriber discount). You will receive more information about how to access this Advance Purchase window in your confirmation email after purchasing your subscription.
