We’re all excited to return to the Tivoli Theatre once the renovations are complete. Only current subscribers will receive priority seating upon our return. The more seasons you have been a CSO subscriber while we have been in Memorial, the higher priority you will be! Priority Renewal and Seating
Not only do CSO subscribers get the best seats at the best prices, but they also get to enjoy their preferred seats for every concert in their subscription series.
Free Exchanges
Did something come up? Don’t worry, you can easily exchange your subscription ticket to any other CSO concert. Exchange fees are waived for CSO subscribers, that’s $5 savings per ticket. Just be sure to call or email before the start time and date of the concert. If you do not reach a Box Office representative, please leave a voicemail. In-Kind Ticket Donations
If you cannot attend a concert and don’t want to exchange your tickets, CSO subscribers can also donate the value of their tickets back to the orchestra! Just be sure to call before the start time of the concert. If you cannot contact us during regular business hours, please leave a voicemail (423-267-8583, press 2 for box office) or email the box office (box.office@chattanoogasymphony.org).

CSO subscribers get 10% off additional single-ticket purchases to CSO concerts.
Advance Purchase Opportunities
Single tickets go on sale to the public on August 15, but CSO Subscribers can secure their seats to any performances outside of their subscription package starting today (plus get 10% off those additional tickets with their Subscriber discount).
