Performance dates, times, locations, repertoire, and artists are subject to change.
Latecomers will be seated at the first appropriate interval in the program in the most accessible seat(s).
Latecomers may claim their ticketed seat(s) at intermission.
Please silence all personal devices which may ring/alarm during the performance. Photography, video, and audio recording during performances are strictly prohibited.
The Chattanooga Symphony & Opera (CSO) reserves the right to video/audio record and photograph performances, including the audience, for future broadcast and/or promotion.
Your attendance at this event grants permission to use your image, likeness, actions, and statements as captured through video/audio and/or photography in connection with the promotion and marketing of the CSO and its related events, without further authorization or compensation.
A 5% charge will be added to all credit card transactions to cover processing fees.
The Chattanooga Symphony & Opera is the sole authorized ticketing provider for all CSO-presented performances. Tickets purchased through resellers or third-party sites are invalid and will not be honored. The CSO assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of its official ticketing channels.
If you have lost or never received your tickets, please get in touch with the CSO Box Office to verify your order and have your tickets reprinted or re-sent to you. Ticket reprints are offered free of charge.
If you did not receive your Print at Home Tickets, please check your Junk or Spam folder in your email before contacting the Box Office.
Any misplaced or lost tickets, regardless of delivery method, can be printed for you at the event by Box Office staff.
Lost, unreceived, or misplaced tickets are not grounds for a refund. All ticket sales are final.

If you can no longer attend a concert for which you hold tickets, you can easily apply the value of your ticket(s) to any other CSO concert. Just call or email the CSO Box Office before the start time and date of the missed concert to exchange your ticket(s). If you do not reach a Box Office representative, please leave a voicemail. (CSO Box Office: 423-267-8583, M-F, 10 AM – 3 PM, box.office@chattanoogasymphony.org). A $5 exchange fee will be applied per ticket. This fee is waived for CSO Subscribers. Funds from ticket exchanges must be used within the same concert season. Unused funds will be donated back to the orchestra at the end of each concert season.

Student/Child tickets are 50% off the listed Adult Ticket price for all paid CSO performances.
Limit: one (1) discounted ticket per eligible Student/Child per performance.
Students aged 18 and older must be prepared to provide valid Student ID or proof of enrollment if asked upon entry.
Individuals age five and older are welcome to attend all CSO performances. Parents should ensure their children are able to sit quietly through the performance without disturbing others around them.
As attending the CSO is primarily a listening experience, parties with disruptive children will be asked to step out into the hallway to quiet their children.
Please, no babes in arms.
Infants, kids and their families are encouraged to joins us for Family Concerts, Home for the Holidays, and our Young People's Concerts.
$15 Music Educator Discount tickets are available for all ticketed CSO performances.
Limit: two (2) Music Educator Discount tickets may be purchased per eligible Music Educator per performance.
Music Educator Tickets must be picked up at Will Call (no email or mail delivery available). Music Educators must be present at the time of pick up and must provide a valid School ID or other proof of employment as a Music Educator.
Music Educator priced subscription tickets will not be mailed out and will be available for pick up at will call at the first performance in the subscription package, subject to verification as stated above.
The CSO is proud to offer limited free tickets to the general public through our Library Pass program.
Library Passes are free to check out.
Each library pass may be redeemed for up to 2 Adult Tickets and 4 Student/Child Tickets to the performance indicated on the pass.
To redeem your library pass, bring the pass to the CSO Box Office on the day of the performance. The CSO Box Office opens one hour before each performance at the performance location.
Library Pass tickets are not available for advance reservation.
Library Pass tickets are issued on a walk-up basis only.
