Call Center Sales Associate

The Chattanooga Symphony & Opera (CSO) has an opening for a Call Center Sales Associate for their seasonal subscription telemarketing campaign. The basic function of the Call Center Sales Associate is to sell CSO subscriptions via outbound calls to former and current CSO ticket buyers. A Call Center Sales Associate must be an energetic and motivated salesperson, providing great customer service to CSO patrons. One to three years of experience in a customer service, box office, or sales environment is required. Call Center hours are Monday through Thursday from 4-8pm and will be in operation from early May to early September. Pay is $8/hour plus commission (call center associates average between $10-16 per hour when including commission).
