De Lorenzo - I tre virtuosi
Join the musicians of the CSO as they bring to life one of Beethoven’s earliest works for winds, renowned Italian flautist and composer Lenoardo DeLorenzo’s I Tre Virtuosi, and famed English composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s posthumously published 5 Fantasiestücke.
UPDATE: Due to inclement weather, we have cancelled Thursday's rehearsal of Beethoven Octet to ensure the safety of staff and musicians. Our Friday, March 26 performance will now be an Open Rehearsal for the concert's title work, Beethoven's Octet. Open Rehearsals are unique events that allow audience members to see Music Director Kayoko Dan and our musicians at work as they prepare for an upcoming performance. Ticketholders for Friday's concert are invited to attend this limited capacity event and experience a behind-the-scenes look at the CSO, but due to the nature of the event, tickets for Friday, March 26 are no longer available to the general public. Limited seating is still available for both of our Saturday, March 27 programs.
If you are a ticketholder for Friday's performance and would prefer to attend the full-length concert, you are also welcome to exchange your ticket for Friday's Open Rehearsal for a ticket to one of our Saturday, March 27 performances of Beethoven Octet. To exchange your ticket, or if you have any questions concerning this weekend's performance, please contact the CSO Box Office at 423.267.8583 or email@example.com.
Please note: Patrons can begin taking their seats no earlier than 30 minutes before the concert start time and must check-in before being seated. Printed tickets are not being used, and a hand sanitizer station and extra masks will be available. Attendees must wear masks and adhere to the CSO's COVID-19 related concert health and safety guidelines, which can be found here.
