Education

The CSO has for many years sent orchestral musicians into area schools to perform great music and has also invited students to attend orchestral concerts and operas, specially designed for them, at the Tivoli Theatre and other locations. It is the desire of the CSO not only to cultivate future audiences for symphonic music and opera, but also to supplement the efforts of local music teachers in the schools who are striving to make great music "come alive" for the next generation. Following are some of the educational opportunities that the CSO offers the young people of Hamilton County and the surrounding area.
